Tamara Montes de Oca majored in Communication, Media and Theater at NEIU. She joined
QOS to utilize her passion for writing and photography to shine light on and to tell the stories of underrepresented communities. Through QOS, she aims to deliver valuable information and resources to the people who need it the most. She dreams of creating a career in photojournalism.
